Health Equity Scholars Program

Scholars were asked "What does health equity mean to you?"

To me, health equity is about engaging with different communities and identifying ways to make health not more equitable and accessible to community members. Health equity and public health is not a one size fits all, but rather an opportunity to meet communities where they are at and finding the most efficient ways to bridge systemic gaps.
